Nothing in these terms prevents you from pursuing claims against the contractor directly, but Greenwich Exterminator and Pest Control Company's liability is limited to the referral service we provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim responsibility for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party contractor.

Greenwich Exterminator and Pest Control Company is not itself a licensed pest-control service. We do not hold, and do not represent that we hold, any pest-control, pesticide-application, or related professional licenses. Any required licensing is the sole responsibility of the independent contractor referred to perform the work. If a referred contractor is unlicensed or operates without the required credentials, that responsibility and any resulting consequences rest solely with that contractor and not with Greenwich Exterminator and Pest Control Company. By booking through us, you acknowledge this arrangement and agree to verify the contractor's licensing and qualifications directly with the contractor.

Submitting the information intake form or otherwise contacting us is a request for information — it does not create a service agreement or a confirmed appointment. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change after inspection or when the scope of work, property conditions, or pest severity differ. Services and appointments are confirmed only when we expressly confirm them.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We rely on the information you submit to respond appropriately, and inaccurate information may delay or affect our ability to help you.

Pest activity depends on many factors outside our control, including surrounding properties, weather, structural conditions, and customer follow-through. We do not guarantee complete elimination or prevention of pests unless a guarantee is expressly provided in a written service agreement, and any such guarantee is limited to its stated terms.
