Our information intake form asks for your name and email address, and optionally the service you need, the pest or problem you are experiencing, your property type, a preferred appointment time, and a description of your situation. The intake form does not collect a phone number.

Information you send us directly. If you email or call us, we receive whatever information you choose to share, which may include a phone number.

Automatically collected technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and website infrastructure may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and general website usage data. Our website also uses a third-party chat widget, which may set cookies or similar technologies in order to operate.
